The viscosity of a fluid is to be measured with a rotating
viscometer of the type examined in Class Problem Set #1, Problem 2.
The concentric cylinders are 2 feet long and the gap between the
cylinders is 0.03 in. The diameter of the outer cylinder is 6 in.
Determine the viscosity of the fluid if the outer cylinder is
rotated at 270 rpm and the measured torque is 1.2 lb-ft.
