The XRD results of SrAlO4 radiated with Cu Ka show that SrAlO4 has two phases, namely a monoclinic structure at low temperature with space group P2i and unit cell parameters a = 8.447 Å, b = 8.816 Å, c = 5.163 Å, and α = 93.42°, and a hexagonal structure at high temperature with space group P622 and unit cell parameters a = b = 5.140 Å, c = 8.462 Å.
