And we're going to be talking a little bit about burnout.

So let's define this here.

So burnout is something that people frequently experience in the workplace or even as a student.

So it's experienced at work or school.

And when someone is experiencing burnout, they just have overall exhaustion, exhaustion, emotionally, physically, mentally.

And this is caused because of the prolonged stress that they have been under.
