reschedule not be documented because the company keeps a track of how many reschedules each family
has. Therefore, LK's family has asked Roman to come on Saturday, but still record Tuesday as the session
day. Saturday is actually easier for LK given his school schedule and childcare options, but he knows that
the company doesn't typically schedule on the weekends. He's not sure what to do.
