That means that perhaps these people have never worked together.

And then they're international, which means that they come from very different cultures.

And so whenever you're creating a new team of people who, were from different cultures who might have never worked together or might have never even met each other before you have to establish something to get everyone on the same page so that's kind of the basic idea is to get everyone on the same page on the same page and so essentially what you want to try to do is you want to take uh you want to take the best from everyone's backgrounds and you want to take the best from everyone's backgrounds and then combine them to form something new that everyone can be excited and get behind about or excited about and then get behind and then use their various talents and skills and to contribute the most to the team.
