00:08 So, but i've always seen multiplying by the reciprocal, which is 8 over 33 times multiplying by the reciprocal, which is 11 over 9.

00:25 When cross canceling is 33 divided by 11, which is 3.
00:32 And then 18 divided by 9, which is 2.
00:37 So that goes to 2, which equals then multiply 2 over 3.
00:46 So yeah, i guess because you're essentially multiplying numerator, like you're just doing the top times top and the bottoms to the bottom.
00:59 I mean, when you multiply, if you have two over three times four over five, you do two times four and three times five, which is the same thing, except for its division instead of multiplication.
