Week 4 Discussion - Your Dream Job Think about your dream job and imagine you are preparing for an interview for that position. Use the information you learned from this week's discussion preparation to respond to the following: Describe how you would communicate your top three strengths (from your CliftonStrengths assessment) during an interview for a position in your dream job. What is one weakness you have identified that you would need to address in this interview? How would you talk about it in a way that makes you seem self-aware and not like a lesser candidate? Provide an example of how you have worked to improve upon a weakness or learned a new skill.

00:02 If your colleagues had an opportunity to tell us your primary strength, what would it be and what would your primary weakness be? so depending on what kind of job you're applying for.

00:27 So you would probably want to emphasize your ability to work as a team because a job after high school would usually be minimum wage because you have not attended college yet.

00:57 So then for your primary weakness, you could say, sometimes i pay too much attention to detail.

01:21 Because for a job out of high school, you probably won't have to pay that much attention to detail if you're working in something like customer service.

01:31 So you want to emphasize that instead you want to be efficient so you could say that you're working on focusing on efficiency what do you do when others resist or reject your ideas and actions? in this case, i would be open to feedback i would listen to what others have to say and improve my own work processes so you want to emphasize you're open to feedback back.
