00:01 Okay, in this problem we have what are personality traits? well, personality traits are dimensions that we use to describe the various the variances in human personality and and the distribution of qualities that humans have developed over time in order to succeed and fit into a fit into a society now there are different types i'm going to describe to you what are called the big five the big five personality traits are conscientiousness, which is a really tough word to spell conscientiousness conscientiousness and that is essentially your orderliness and your desire to do what you say you're gonna do how much do you like things to be put in their proper place? that's conscientiousness.

01:00 So it's kind of like how how interested are you in incorporating new things into your worldview? that's kind of openness now next we have extraversion extraversion is essentially your positive emotions it's how much energy do you get out of being in a social scenario? how often do you smile? how often do you laugh how often do you make jokes right how much how much energy do you get around being around people? alright, our next one is going to be neuroticism and neuroticism is essentially neuroticism is essentially your negative emotion how sensitive to your negative emotion right for every unit of negative emotion you feel how much does that affect you? right and that's going to be how much how volatile are your emotions and how much do you tend to withdraw into yourself? that's your neuroticism...
