What immediately came to my mind after reading your post was business ethics. Business ethics should play a key role throughout every aspect of your business. Plus, when a business is known for being honest from its employees and customers to even its vendors, it is more than likely to be successful. The topic of business ethics may mean different things to different people, it is still important in all business settings. Remember, customers who feel like they are being treated unfairly by a business often do not hesitate to do something about it. Personal and social networks have made sharing negative feedback about a company easier, and customers will not hesitate to share their poor experience. It does not take much for the word to spread and sales to decline. This principle can also work in the opposite as well. Customers who feel they are being treated fairly are more than likely to tell their friends and family to visit your business. Have you ever felt like you were treated unfairly by a business? If so, what happened? Could the business ever change your mind about them?
