I like to do my notation this way of 2001 minus the population in 1997 and then divide by, that doesn't look like 2001, and then divide by 2001 minus 1997.

So i think you could do that math in your head in the denominator, but then go to your chart that you see 1591 is the population in 2000.

2001 and then subtract off in 1997 on 624 so as i subtract those numbers i'm using a calculator by the way i get 967 but i still need to divide by four so if i hit divide by four i get an answer of 241 .75 so then moving on to letter b it's not much different except it's 2005 minus 2003 very similar work.
