I am a Ph.D. candidate working in the Computational Biophysics Lab at the University of South Florida. I specialize in performing molecular dynamics simulations of biological systems and understanding the functional underpinnings of biomolecules. I also use machine learning techniques to develop methods that detect and quantify propagation of allosteric signals within proteins.
I enjoy teaching biology and imparting some of my passion on the subject to others. I am always enthusiastic to share scientific knowledge and understanding, and I am passionate about teaching students how to think through the solution of a problem, instead of memorizing answers.
