I believe that CEO Heidi Ganahl is a good leader. According to Sue "Her love of what she does
is contagious,". She also said that Heidi is passionate,truly authentic, and it shows in her work
ethic. She grew her business and business model to a point where she started franchising. Heidi
has 200 franchises and tries to be open to creativeness while keeping the companies consistent
with her original ideas.At first with her franchises Heidi is on top of them making sure they are
doing things correctly and after building some trust Heidi lets them have oversight involved. She
is open to other ideas as long as they stick to Camp Bow Wow's original ideas. Heidi is a
charismatica and a visionary leader. Being a visionary leader "creates a positive image of the
future that motivates organizational members and provides direction for future planning and goal
setting.". She is very capable and doesn't let her position and power get to her head. At the end of
the day she just wants its employees to help animals and the company do well as a result. Heidi's
Charismatic leadership is shown through strong connections with her franchises and employees;
Heidi even mentions how she has become friends with some over the years.
