I found this class difficult but rewarding. The reading was tough for me to get thru but very informative about business law. The most interesting and informative topic was contract law. It is very important to have some knowledge of contract law. Essentially, a contract defines the scope of work and the terms of the agreement and regulates the relationship between the parties involved. A written contract is more certain and holds more weight than a verbal agreement. Verbal agreements are more difficult to enforce from a legal standpoint. I own rental properties; it was very informative about tenant and landlord rights. I'm studying to become a project manager.
