2) Name at least two types of sales analyses that the controller might perform for the sales team. How would these help the sales team?
One of the sales analyses I would suggest is the Price analyses will help provide giving the team a general idea of what the price range should be where they can make a profit and to stay reasonable when selling a product. A second sales analyses should be by salesperson to help recognize the high and low performance of each salesperson. Once having a better understanding of each salesperson's performance, the sales team can create sales standards for each salesperson to accomplish.

Apple's mission statement is "to bring the best personal computing products and support to students, educators, designers, scientists, engineers, businesspersons and consumers in over 140 countries around the world (Rowland, 2020). Yes, I think that Apple lives up to their mission statement because the Apple Products is purchased by all the consumers that have been listed. One way or another most consumers had a version of apple product from first generation to current generation of Apple products. You can tell that Apple Sales team pays attention to reports and what catches people's attention that they are able to market a product well to get the number of Sales that they do. Additionally, they have contracts created with cellphone companies having in a way third-party sales team to help increase the sales in Apple product.
