Answer the following questions in a Word document.
1) If you have not done so already, download the sales pivot file in the Module Two Resources folder. Using the pivot table sales resource, which sales person had the highest total sales for the: UK? King USA? Peacock Overall? Peacock How many orders were placed on 2/18/2005? Four What were the total sales for that day? The total sales $3719.10
How would these help the sales team? I would want to look at the performance of each employee in the sales department individually. This will show me what level each employee is achieving the greatest success in their sales. Price analysis will show what price range is showing the greatest option for profitability.
3) Breakeven Questions
What are the breakeven points for Widgets A, B, and C given the following information?
Fixed costs for A = 500, B = 500, C = 500
Pricing for A = $20, B= $30, C = $40
Variable costs for A =$10, B= $5, C= $20
Breakeven A =
50
Breakeven B =
20
Breakeven C =
25
Suppose the sales manager wanted to discuss lowering the price of product C to $15. What
would you tell him? I would be completely honest and state that it is too much of a drop and
would lead to a loss of profit on the product.

My mission statement with this venture would be, "the perfect place for the perfectly imperfect to find their inspiration and their talent". Every child no matter what
