ACC 340 - Discussion 1
In the job pos ng for controller at Snelling, the thing that stood out the most was the experience needed
in accoun ng leadership. There were several others that were important but being a stronger leader for
the rest of sta is the most important to me. In order to keep the sta focused and mo vated it's
important that they have a person to set the tone and lead by example. The controller will need to make
sure the accoun ng principles are understood and being followed by sta along with other things,
making it important to have stronger leadership skills
