Based upon the analysis of Frank Timmons, I can conclude that he grew up in a
toxic environment. He was born in 1964 as the second youngest out of thirteen total
children. He lived in a large city, with his parents Billy and Loretta, before they divorced.
Loretta passed away when Frank was twelve, leaving him under the care of Billy and his
older sister Margaret. Billy was said to be strict and peaceful at times, but he could be
verbally abusive possibly due to his alcoholism. Margaret was suicidal and likely abusive
and suffered from alcoholism. It was also reported that Margaret was unstable. Due to his
neglectful support system, Frank was forced to work instead of going to school to care for
himself and younger siblings. Frank began express rough behavior around the age of
twelve, although many found him likable. By his senior year of high school, Frank was
convicted with trespassing and of raping a woman with his brother, though they were not
charged for the rape. He was charged again, this time with driving under the influence the
year later. Approaching his late twenties, Frank had been charged with the abduction,
rape, and assault on a woman. He was sentenced to fifteen years, but only served thirteen
under good behavior, whilst always claiming his innocence of the crime. He went on to
marry Jenny Nelson and moved in with her. He was well-liked among neighbors and
found a job as a construction worker.
Based on the case details, I can conclude that the individual is likely a light-
skinned black man and that lives near the area. It was stated by several witnesses that the
man was wearing masks and impersonating the homeless and addicts. This indicates that
he is hiding his identity and he believes he would be easily recognized by witnesses,
possibly because the witnesses were his neighbors and acquaintances. From this, we can

assume the individual has been around addicts and poverty, indicated they likely are in
the working class and has crimes related to drugs. We know the suspect probably acted
alone, because one type of shell casing was discovered. The perpetrator has a strong
liking towards young women and likely displays violent and misogynistic behaviors,
since the crimes were violent and sexually motivated, and all the victims were young
women. This suspect is expected to have been convicted of crimes in the past, most
plausibly sexual, or violent crimes. According to the forensic sketch, this suspect is thirty
to sixty years old.
B.
Biological factors have a great impact on our development and behavior. From the
case details I can conclude that Frank is predisposed to alcoholism, depression, anger
issues and suicidal tendencies. This is likely, due to the fact his father and sister suffer
