1. Review the Uniform Crime Reporting (UCR) website. What type of criminal data can you gather from this website? While browsing the Uniform Crime Reporting site I found data used from crime rates by state and what types of crime as well if they were male or female. Crime in the United States, National Incident-Based Reporting System, Law Enforcement Officers Killed and Assaulted, and Hate Crime Statistics
2. Using the Criminal Data Guide document as a guide, what do you notice about the information that you should ask about? Where should you look for this information?
While exploring this tool, I found it interesting that we could break it down by state and types of crimes. We should ask the typical questions of who, what, when, and where. You can find this by going to the crime data explorer, going towards the bottom of the page and selecting a state you can see data that is populated and break it down by different types of crime.
tt. Is there a typical profile for terrorists? Explain.
I would say yes, the typical profile for a terrorist is a male in his twenties, well educated and a wild mind or fantasy for harming people or taking over the government.

Lisa is accused of luring a group of men into a park where they are attacked by a criminal street gang She is also a gang member and this is part of her initiation. She had a very strict upbringing and was physically abused by her older brother and father growing up. At age 1tt, she befriended some gang members who let her hang around with them. She started skipping school and committing petty crimes
stitches and x-rays. A police report was filed, although no charges were brought against her.

1. What pieces of information are important for you to gather specifically from the scenario above?
While gathering information the important information is who was the one who committed the crime? Where was the crime taken place? Why did this crime happen? The most important question is what was the motivation of this crime if there was one.
2. Thinking creatively, where would you gather the information to start work on your case in reference to the scenario above? You may use a bulleted list to demonstrate specific points you would need.
I would start with what the police have gathered in their reports. After analyzing their reports did they include the people, place(s), and tools/weapons used. I would then start gathering my own opinion on what I think I would interview the victims and find out what happe
