Summary
Frank Timmons was born in 1964 in a large city and is the 11th out of 13 children. The family
was low-income and received government assistance and food stamps. His mother and father
divorced, although when this occurred is not clear, and his mother later died when Frank was 12

Some of his siblings say he dropped out because he didn't have enough credits to graduate due to
working to support the family. Prior to dropping out he was arrested, along with his brother, for
raping a young woman in his senior year, the charges were later dropped. A number of years later
he was charged with trespassing and DUI. In his late twenties he was convicted of the abduction,
rape, and beating of a woman. He received 15 years for the rape and 21 years for a later robbery.
He was paroled after serving 13 years due to good behavior. Upon parole he moved into a house
with his wife and got a job working construction. It is unclear as to when he was married. He
was well regarded by his neighbors who knew he has been in prison.
The year after Frank was paroled the first crime attributed to the "Serial Murder" happened with
three girls being forced behind a church and two of them molested. In the next eleven months a
string of robberies, sexual assaults, and a total of nine murders occurred. The first murder
occurred a month after the first sexual assault. Franks parole officer informed police that he
matched a sketch of the "Serial Murder". The parole officer searched Franks house and
discovered a ski mask and toy gun. Police then obtained a search warrant and found other items
connected to the "Serial Murder" attacks.

Based on the evidence provided there is a reasonable possibility that all the attacks contributed to
the "Serial Murder" are actually the work of two different attackers. Based on the evidence
