Summary
Frank Timmons is a 54-year-old male who is being accused of several terrible crimes like
serial murder. Which they things he is being accused of are crimes like multiple rapes and
assaults on different victims. He had been previously charged with abducting a woman and
brutally raping in his 20s. Frank was convicted of Robbery and Abduction, which he served a
total of 13 years for in prison. Franks upbringing and home life as a child was a difficult one. His
father was verbally abusive and suffered from alcoholism
There wasn't any adult interaction at home; Margaret Frank's oldest sister did most of the
adult duties for them. Looking at Franks sibling, it was seen that they possible suspected
Margaret might have sexually abused the younger siblings while they were in her care/ Margaret
overall stability as a person was not well. She had a history of unhealthy relationships as well as
alcohol abuse, just like the other people in her family. When Frank was released from prison to
which he was an upstanding inmate that showed good behavior, and he was granted early release
One year later, horrendous crimes began. He first started with sexual assault that involved three
teens. Frank forced them behind a church and molested two of them. People around the
community always viewed Frank as an okay guy, and people didn't think he was some guy
capable of doing those things. People in the town was aware of his background. They weren't
worried about him; in fact, he is well-liked around his hometown. Frank had found a steady job
in his town, and many of his coworkers and friends state he is a good man who could not commit
these types of crimes. After the first murder, over the next year, there were several robberies,
sexual assaults, and a total of eight additional deaths. Some women were assaulted that were as
young as 12 years old. The evidence tying Frank to these crimes are first-hand witnesses
describing a man wearing a disguise and would impersonate himself to be a homeless man or
drug addict. When the police were looking at the crimes scene they found shell casings at the
crime scene that matched to all the other crime scenes. They conclued that this same gun was
used. They also used a sketch from the witness that his aparole officer id him.
Crimes Assessment
When you look at the evidence that was presented you can tell it was a motive. I would
like to think that Frank's eldest sister, Margert, had indeed sexually abused him as a child. Which
explains his drive to sexually assault and murder young women, because serial killers who been
continuously hurt by a person in their past they usually take it out of victims who remind them of
the person who hurt them. When his mother passed when he was young, I think Frank probably
developed more hatred of adult women.
