Cyberlaw Non-Compliance
The current operational procedures of ABC Healthcare show that there are many cyber
law violations that are occurring regularly as well as a number of non-compliance laws within
the HIPAA regulations that are in place. These violations could result in multiple fines levied up
to fifty thousand dollars per violation with a maximum of 1.5 million dollars a year (Sivilli
