share the creative strategy statement that you are planning
to use for your final project. Include a few sentences explaining why you selected this strategy statement for your campaign. How will you communicate this inter- departmentally to appropriate stakeholders to ensure all marketing materials reinforce this message? Additionally, discuss how you identified stakeholders and how you will maintain ethical best practices. What questions or concerns do you have?
I went a different route, because I felt there were too many negatives with the flying frisbee. Also, because the company already had such great results with their food line, I chose to start a snack/treat line.
I will call it Trick & Treat with the creative strategy statement being "show us a trick and we'll give you a treat."
I chose this statement for two reasons. 1st the simple fact that we usually ask our pets (making this versatile for any animal) to do a command before we give them a treat. 2nd If later the company/I decide to forgo the flying frisbee these treats can be added inside for our pets. By sticking with the treats/snacks, it makes an easy transition for pet parents who are already purchasing our amazing food line. Characteristics of this type of consumer would be returning customers/loyal customers because they are loyal our brand and likely to make many more purchases from us in the future. They also are our best advertising source advocating for the company and brand. With the name Trick & Treat it helps pet parents become more engaged with their fur baby, and keeping there animals more active inclining to a healthier life style for their pet.
Stakeholders are investors, employees, customers, suppliers, communities, governments, or trade associations. A stakeholder has a vested interest in a company and can either affect or be affected by a business' operations and performance. Primary stakeholders are the most important people to the business, they have the strongest voice in the way the company runs. In a small company primary stakeholders are the owner, staff, and customers. With that being said, I believe showing our profit margins and growth over the last year/ two years the food line has been around it should be a no brainer. When the margins are as successful as they were in such a short period there is no reason to reinvent the wheel and simply add to our food line.
