Implementation of any program or plan is a crucial process as it aids in providing a blueprint as well as a timeline to work with and ensure that the program is implemented with no errors or delays. During this stage, the program coordinator or project manager will accomplish tasks such as developing a detailed worksite plan to put the assessment and planning into practice. "Program implementation involves all the steps needed to put health promotion strategies and interventions into place.[ CITATION CDC151 \I 1033 ] Activities "Managing change is challenging and requires careful planning and execution". If the items are not in the correct sequence, it can cause delays that will impact the timeline in place thus delaying the program being put into place. The first stage of the implementation will be the financial aspects to ensure the program has the financial costs of running the program, new salaries, and technology upgrades. This item must be first as if the organization does not have the financials to support all aspects of the program, then some concessions must be made. The first is the salary cost.
