this program has been a remarkable journey and experience for me overall.I had some
challenges and success but it has shape my objectives, skills and foundation as a healthcare
administrator. It has built my confidence to fully handle myself as an administrator in ways to
handle any challenges, issues and the field as awhole. My times here has been well spent to
prepare me and self learning/taught through this online program had allowed me to develop great
discipline and skills sets in fully doing my job. This capstone has shed light in the vision and
impact of the overall course loads and assignment completed within the program, which has
brought me to a well-rounded understanding and preparation to embark on the completion of my
final capstone. My experience with completing this capstone was challenging but at the same
time nostalgic because it was bitter sweet but fulfilling. The beginning of my capstone was a
challenge because I was looking to tackle the overall issue of healthcare fraud. I wanted to
discuss how it affects all population but as I continue toresearch and participate in discussions, I
came to realize it wasn't realistic to generalize this topic and with help from Dr. Cliff, I narrowed
it down by stepping out of my research and examining the facility I work for. I asked questions
of the billing department and other staff which was helpful and allowed me to realize where my
focus should be. My overall experience of my capstone started rocky but transition
