A medical institution, Alpha, is aiming to convert its classical processes entailing
traditional paper documenting, and electronic schedule systems. The medical facility aims to
achieve a more centralized and effective electronic healthcare record system accommodating all
the core service lines. The medical institution has 150 beds and constitutes five designated ICU
beds. Additionally, Alpha's emergency division is classified as a level III department for
addressing trauma cases. Other core care areas within the institution regard outpatient surgeries
orthopedic procedures, women care, pediatric care, and cardiology.
