These leaders can both inspire and guide their followers. I chose to examine three leadership theories and styles; each presents ideas based on, to name a few, leadership with respect, responsibility, accountability, integrity, and inspiration. The Behavioral Theory and the Laissez Faire leadership style will be the second and following theories I shall discuss. A Laisse-Faire management style is hands-off, allowing others to make high-level choices. Andrew Mellon was a leader who frequently employed the Laisse-Faire leadership style. Theories Review Transformational leadership is described as putting new ideas into action by using a more adaptable and universal approach of influencing and constantly improving people around them. This kind of leadership requires the leader and the workforce to motivate one another. Motivational leaders boldly try to make their employees understand the need of higher-level thinking and their vision for the organization's future. Transformational leaders naturally role model and pass on their passion to their followers by clearly allowing people to envision their ideas and what he is doing, and by describing their true personal views, he demonstrates to his followers that he has these values. Transformational leaders can attain these outcomes by exhibiting traits and skills. These leaders possess various distinguishing characteristics that make them influential leaders. These leaders reflect, become more self-aware, and continue to grow and develop. These OL 670 Final Project - 9-1 Final Project Submission: Parts I and II leaders are genuine, bringing that presence into their job and motivating others with shown integrity, compassion, and vision, and they consistently engage people they manage, establish strong and mobile networks, and are continuously learning and listening to others. Leaders that embrace laissez-faire management feel that their staff are capable of handling group projects, deadlines, disagreements, and other responsibilities. Practices are not strictly enforced since if the job is completed on time and in an effective manner, it demonstrates that they are capable and do not require tight supervision. Laissez-faire leaders are great delegators who believe in their team's ability to function effectively on their own; they fairly distribute responsibilities across their team to foster self-sufficiency in the workplace and projects. These leaders are also regarded as outstanding team builders because to their ability to discern others' talents and limitations to construct a stable and efficient team. (Malec, 2021) Situational Leadership Theory and Hersey and Blanchard's approach were developed by Paul Hersey, a behavioral scientist. Ken Blanchard, a Management Expert, was created to assist leaders in adapting their leadership styles or interacting with people based on unique conditions. The Hersey-Blanchard model, unlike other leadership theories, rejects the notion that organizations require a single style to leadership. Instead, the model offers a leadership style
