Summary of Survey Results
Here is a summary of the survey findings for ALL- Store Survey, which includes the
consumers using surveys in-store and a brief interview. The responses were given
by 76 percent of females, 21 percent of males, and 3 percent of others. The ages
ranged from 18 to 63+, with 105 responses coming from customers between the
ages of 36 and 53. The majority of consumers that come to the shop respond that
they come for groceries (58%) followed by pharmacy (17%) and books (1%). Some
of the quote's highlights that we should focus on are "I buy everything but
groceries from All Store, I prefer getting food from other places because it feels
fresher" We need to see that our product looks and is always fresh to attract
sales. Lastly, customers complain that the store smells bad, and it feels too
crowded "you guys have the best prices, but it smells a little funny in here and it
always seems to be crowded."
I'm assuming that most of our clients come in for groceries, office supplies, and
pharmaceutical services. No longer interested in the house, toys, or books. I can
make assumptions based on the percentage findings, but I believe we can gain a
better understanding if we conduct a poll to see which brands of toys, household
supplies, and books people are most interested in. Inquire about the best days
and times for people to go shopping, as well as what offers, and promotions are
available during the week to attract more consumers.
