Abstract
This paper is a personal reflection on the factors that shaped my life and made me where I am
today. First of all, this paper gives a brief overview on the context and background I am
coming from. Then, it introduces some of the career challenges I faced or might face in the
future using specific theories for a deepest understanding and explanation. Finally, this
reflection presents a definition of success between an absolute and relative understanding
