Delta Air Lines Welcomes De'Quan Hall
Hall appointed to Delta's Marketing Team for Recruitment in light of the vaccine
ATLANTA, Sept. 13, 2021. Delta Air Lines, one of the major airlines in the United States and a legacy carrier, welcomes De'Quan Hall as the New Hire Recruitment Specialist. Hall was previously the Inflight Recruitment Manager for SkyWest Airlines and brings three years of experience to Delta starting on September 20th, 2021.
"As the CEO of Delta, I couldn't be happier with our hiring team's choice to bring De'Quan on. I am excited to see his previous accomplishments carry on to our company," said Ed Bastian.
During his time at SkyWest, Hall recruited over 1,000 employees whom all still work with the company today. He was also recognized by the ACI-NA as a part of the Winners of
Delta began the search for a New Hire Recruitment Specialist when COVID-19 adversely affected the company's employment rate and business ventures. Delta had to let go of various employees during that time, and Hall has been welcomed to fill those positions needed.
"2020 was an unpredictable year for many especially referring to finances, but I'm happy to see it's looking up. I'm grateful for this opportunity to recruit new individuals for our company who are ready to get back out in the work force and enhance Delta's culture," said Hall. "With the vaccine making its way around the states, people are diligently looking for employment right now, and I am honored to be a part of bringing those individuals in."
Hall received his Bachelors in Arts from Arkansas State University in 2015. He is also interested in journalism, science, and his family.
Hall will be partially responsible for bringing on and overlooking all Delta employees. His newfound position furthers Delta's goals by ensuring only individuals with the best intentions will be hired on.
