All of the mentioned cover the Fayetteville area and have various plans and prices. I recommend the Spectrum provider and would use the 1 Gbps plan available. This plan is priced at $70.00 per month with taxes. With 35 Mbps upload speeds all employees should be able to work fast and efficiently. The other option was Century link, and they have fiber optic cabling but really expensive start up costs although they have up to 940 Mbps for upload and download speeds. Spectrum isn't as fast as Century link but better priced and fits all the needs of the new office. Most companies use Dell or Hewlett Packard equipment. I recommend the Dell OptiPlex 7000 series 7010 mini business desktop. It has a 13Th generation intel core I-5 - 13500T processor, 16 Gb Ram, 256 Gb PCIe SSD, 3-year warranty, wired keyboard and mouse, DisplayPort, RJ45, and Windows 11 Pro. Price is $557.62 per unit. With different Ram and storage options. The router I would select would be TP- link Archer AX3000 Pro Dual band Wi-Fi 6 router. Connect multiple devices, total security, voice control, expanded Wi-Fi coverage, and backwards compatible supporting 802.11 standards and Wi-Fi devices. Has 3 LAN ports, 3 gigabyte per second speeds, (QoS) Quality of service feature, and uses 5.0 Ghz and 2.4 Ghz bands. Priced at $129,99 per unit and recommend at least 2 units.
