There has been an increased market demand for vegetarian and vegan products in the fast food
industry. This has prompted Elite Bugger to come up the Veggie Time Burger to fill this market
demand.
Project Requirements
For the project to run successfully, fresh ingredients are required as well as new toppings for the
burger. The following ingredients are required for the projects:
-Veggies such as spinach, potatoes, carrots, peas, mushrooms, pumpkins and peas

The project purpose or scope is to meet the demand for vegetarian products in the fast food
industry. The target market for the product is mainly vegans. Therefore, Veggie Burger will avail
a delicious burger that will stand out from similar products in the market by using fresh
