When a business decides to expand Globally one should do extensive research into which country it decides to pursue transactions in. Although financial measures such as the GDP are important, one should take into consideration a country's political system. Different political systems can have a significant impact on business decisions. A socialist political system has very high barriers to conduct business in which might make it not only more difficult but more expensive. When looking to expand your business the decision should be based on more than just how the economy of the perspective country looks. While the GDP is very important and should be a major factor when looking at new markets the political system of the new country along with the economic snhu blocs are also important categories to consider. If the political system makes it tough to do business in a country, then it is likely that the business will fail. Also, if it is very expensive to important materials to make goods and expensive to ship out completed products then a business will find it tough to do business in that country and with potential companies in other snhu countries. Researching the development of a country could give insight into the workforce, what ever country you expand into you will want a dedicated workforce to producing products. When looking to expand your business the decision should be based on more than just how the economy of the perspective country looks. While the GDP is very important and should be a major
