In addition to the all the great products the SNHU Pet store has to offer, they are pleased to announce the partnership with a natural dog food company. The product is a dog food that that is made with all natural and quality ingredients. The company behind it is called Natural Bleu King Kennels. This product will be sold in stores and on our online platform. Below is a SWOT analysist for the the new product. SWOT Analysis Strengths Weaknesses New product on the market Unreliable vendors Not enough vendors Quality product Competitive pricing All-natural products Knowledgeable Sales team Providing a better quality food for their pets All ingredients are local Made in USA Lots of competitors Cheaper competitors Big names out shinning small new product Opportunities Threats The target market for Bleu King Kennels is the High-class area of Beverly hills, California. Beverly Hills is mostly older people who have no kids or have kids that are grown and moved out. The neighborhood is predominantly white, and the residents are aged 50 and up. Their Natural Blue King Kennel Overview income averages around 100,000 and up and most have college degrees. They have expensive taste and lots of time on their hands. Vacationing in Europe is a regular. They shop at places like Gucci and Prada and meet for brunch at Starbucks. They enjoy a hot slice of pizza from their favorite pizza shop, and top it off with some cheese cake factory. The target should be pet owners who care about the food their pets eat. They will be a good target because they wouldn't mind paying extra for better quality. With the natural ingredients to specify your pet's needs, health problems may be reduced or avoided entirely Knowing that the company is locally sourceing their ingredients is also a plus. The all-natural pet food would be appealing to them because they're at an age where their pets are their kids and who doesn't want to give their kids the best. Using the 4 P's, price, place, promotion and product, we will be analyzing the best marketing strategies for this product. For this product the company should use point of sale and direct advertising. With point of sale, the displays will be set up in the stores with team members offering samples and some background knowledge into the new product. This will be successful in Promotion and product awareness. With direct advertising using ads and commercials, this makes buyers awear of current promotions and discounts the company is having. Also letting them know where the product can be purchased. The marketing strategy I recommend the company should stay away from is social media For this particular target marke they are not really into
