Introduction
Ethics are the moral principles that any organization must remember and put into practice
while conducting business. It is critical for every organization to adhere to ethical values, as
violations of ethics can lead to legal violations, which can have a negative impact on corporate
operations. Corporate social responsibility is an organization's responsibility to society, such as
the commitment to develop the local region by giving education to local children, offering
employment opportunities to local people, environmental protection, and providing medical
assistance to the people. CSR is an ethical business practice because, while it is regulated by law,
it also helps people in a positive way
Analysis
In this scenario, the consumers' privacy has been violated, and a legal issue of privacy has
arisen as a result, because everyone has the right to privacy, and their right to privacy and data
protection has been violated. The company's intention to share the information about the breach
to customers is a fantastic initiative. The owner of the company, the company's e-commerce
employees, and the government or local authority are the stakeholders in this case, and the effect

mitigation services to the client base
Recommendation
All 50 states have passed legislation mandating private or governmental institutions to
notify individuals when personally identifiable information is compromised in a data breach.
Security breach laws usually include rules such as who must abide by the legislation, definitions
of "personal information," what constitutes a breach, notification obligations, and exemptions
(Greenberg, 2021). Customers should be apologized to for the company's inability to keep track
of their personal information. My advice is based on the fact that if a firm violates the privacy
and data of its clients, several penalties apply. Fines will be imposed on the company, and the
company's management may face harsh legal penalties, including jail.
Conclusion
Businesses benefit from technological advancements since it compels communication.
which makes doing business easier. Technology improves a company's efficiency, but it also has
various legal and ethical data breaches where personal information could be utilized for criminal
purposes. Companies must safeguard themselves from data breaches, especially because they
have more information about their consumers than just their phon
