I do not like any sort of attention, so I lack skills as a leader where people feel like they could come to me. I always agree with people instead of providing any kind of criticism. Being a people pleaser pushes my own feelings to the side. Reflection: Doing a SWOT analysis made me realize I have a lot more strengths than I thought I did. I need to learn to be more confident in myself because there is a lot of potential in me. Knowing exactly what I need to work on helps me focus more on those weaknesses. I know I can be a strong leader; I just need to believe in myself. The most interesting analysis to me is that I am a positive person, so I will always find the best in situations. There is a lot of unpleasant situations at work, but staying positive keeps Southern New Hampshire University everyone working hard. Having a strong and positive leader will make a strong team. Taking time to learn more about myself has been so helpful in my confidence and goals. I am always open for criticism and do not take it to heart. I love working on myself and trying to become the best version of me that I can be
