Economic Impact of Nike Incorporation

Running Head: The Nike Incorporation The Nike Company Ilissa Mejia SNHU Affiliate Running Head: The Nike Incorporation Nike is all about innovating ideas and materials for the active and everyday household community. The purpose of this is to show what an advanced and successful company Nike is. The kind of analysis that will be provided is the economic impact of the Nike Incorporation. This will inform my conclusion by showing production of Nike throughout its history and its impact on sport apparel. Nike, which at first was named Blue Ribbon Sports was started in 1964. This companies' outlet store was launched in Oregon by two men named Bill Bowerman and Phil Knight. Over the years Nike had bought out companies such as Converse and makes a profit off this and other company names. Nike Incorporation provides sports equipment and apparel for 12 different sports. They also do sponsorships for athletes with their famous slogan "Just Do It" to encourage people to be healthy and active in their own way.
