MKT 113: Final Project Part I Milestone Two Natural Pet Remedy Amanda Schnorf Southern New Hampshire University Natural Pet Remedy Southern New Hampshire University has proudly introduced their new line of pet food. The food line is called Natural Pet Remedy. This line of food contains all organic food for dogs and cats. This line also carries treats for animals with high anxiety that contains CBD to help calm pets when going through anxiety attacks or severe hyperactivity. This product will be available in all pet stores and online. We also partnered with online stores to ship food directly to the residences with a monthly subscription. Natural Pet Remedy has various flavors for all times of the day including a menu for breakfast lunch and dinner. To help support the new food line and to compare it competitors a SWOT analysis shas been done. OPPORTUNITIES Trend in organic, Production, Opportunities to have product in stores on a timely manner. prices, Competition from other competitors. The SWOT analysis for Natural Pet Remedy pointed out a few strengths. The average income for people in the city of Boston is $65,883. There seems to be more of a wider range of income when it comes to single individuals in the city than families. My target population would be for individuals between the ages of 24 through 45 that are single. This population seems to have a better spending limit rather than families who might not be able to afford a higher priced pet food. In the end I am hoping to make my pet food available to everyone from in stores to online. The consumers in this target market tend to purchase or adopt pets to satisfy their caretaking needs before deciding to start a family and tend to gravitate towards all-natural products made in the United States. Research shows that most individuals, rely on social media to see how products work and the reviews on products to make purchasing decisions. With the trend of eating healthy
