SWOT Analysis Template
Strengths
Weaknesses Only the SNHU Pet Store and/or online store has this brand Knowledge about the brand is minimal Cost of product may be higher than others
Ingredients an all-natural Treats can be eaten by more than one kind of pet Product and/or store reputation to the community
Get shelters involved (free sample with adoption?) Advertising can be used to promote brand (commercials marketing events, word of mouth, etc.) Working with non-profit organizations and/or communities Opportunities
There are many all-natural brands of pet food Percentage of people who don't have pets may be high Limited funding for brand advertisements and/or employee participation
Threats
The first strength would be the fact that the product has all-natural ingredients. Fifty
percent of pet product purchasers agree that natural and organic pet foods are safer than regular
pet foods ( Bizzozero, 2017). Another strength that we will be leveraging will be the fact that
the treats can be eaten by one or more pets. This strength could help with marketing strategies
because it has a big advantage over other pet brands.

diarrhea after eating cat food. Those fed it regularly are at greater risk of obesity and
potentially life-threatening pancreatitis, which is inflammation of the organ that aids
the digestive process. Having said that, unlike foods containing toxic chemicals such
as chocolate, eating cat food that's been stolen from an unsuspecting cat's bowl is
highly unlikely to kill a dog (Member, 2020). "
Community reputation is another strength that can be managed by word-of-mouth and viral
media. This strength can come from partnering with pet adoption agencies, social media
platforms, and/or ads (magazines, newspaper, internet, etc.). These three strengths are great
financial opportunities with the product line. Getting the adoption agencies to give coupons or
samples to ne pet parents, working with a non-profit agency with the community, and using
commercials, marketing events, and/or word of mouth can insure the brand will be known
Pet owners, ranging from 18 years of age to 35, are the target for this product. Millennials
are the age of organic and/or all-natural foods being the best for their bodies so they will always
want what
