Strategic KPI's For Triple Bottom Line Project
As all of the members of our Premium Membership Team has been made aware, our CEO Anne
Hernandez has noted in a recent letter, our company will not solely focus on profits, but also on
people and the planet to meet the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative

As you all may already know, we have been tasked to outline these new strategic organizational
objectives, how we plan to implement them, as well as how they will affect the Sales and
Marketing Departments
In doing so, included in this memo are key strategic questions identifying Key Performance
Indicators (KPI), KPI measurement, and functional considerations related to our Triple Bottom
Line (TBL) according to the guidance received in the "CSR Initiative Letter", "Vision, Mission
and Values Statements", "Triple Bottom Line Strategies", as well as the SWOT Analysis

People: How can we reduce employee turnover in our Sales and Marketing Departments
