Technology Description
My choice will be artificial intelligence. The technology has advance significantly in the past years that
has develop a way to collect data from humans that are created by tendencies. With AI creating this
computer system, has created a way to compute human traits and data on how they operate those
tendencies to work efficiently like the humans do or even better. In this time that now we are living A.I
have become a huge point of discussion and become the normal of replacing people for work. A.I are
capable of problem solving and they can perform physical. You can see in many groceries stores they
replace self-checkout with a machine than a person.
Impact on Auditing
How does A.I have an impact on auditing. When it comes to auditing with A.I it has been more accurate
and efficient as it can detect errors. Majority of accountant rely on AI to help to figure out any errors in
reports in most cases. With IT accountants save time using it than completing everything by paper.
Another great thing about IT is that it makes it easier for auditors to analyze information and collect any
data needed. It makes auditing way easier and could catch any errors early in stage of reporting and
auditing. Making auditors overall better and accurate working alongside with IT.
Suggestions for Adapting
As I explain earlier IT has great benefits on using it, at times it could be hard to understand how to use it.
At all times IT should be use efficiently and effectively to be able to gain the benefits that comes with it
You should always be aware of what you are imputing and make sure everything is correct, otherwise you
could cause many problems. IT could make mistakes if you overlook at mistakes. You shouldn't let IT
changing and must be able to adapt on changes. Majority of the time there are some changes every year,
and we need to be able to adapt to change.
