Importance of Stakeholder Support
A humanitarian intervention is a complicated matter to plan and put in motion, but a key factor in planning an intervention is its stakeholders. Stakeholders is defined as stakeholders are those individuals having power or interest over a project, the relation could be also about impact- influence, power-influence, or expectative-strength*. ("Who (or what) are the key stakeholders in a project?") Having stakeholders is key to setting up an intervention for success.

Action Against Hunger > Action Against Hunger is an NGO that takes decisive action against the causes and effects of hunger*. This humanitarian organization has been working for over forty years to assist in the world hunger crisis, so they would be a perfect fit for an intervention in East Asia. * UNICEF UNICEF is a leading humanitarian organization that works in over 190 countries and territories to save children's lives, to defend their rights, and to help them fulfill their potential, from early childhood through adolescence*. ("WE SUPPORT - ella&il") Being the intervention is primarily to assist children and adolescents in East Asia, this project is right up their alley. Decision Makers Save The Children > Save the Children is one of the oldest and largest NGOs in history. Founded in 1919*, this organization has seen many different situations around the world which would make them one of the top decision-making stakeholders for this intervention. World Food Programme WFP > The World Food Programme (WFP) is a UN agency focused on the effects of world hunger. It has programs for emergencies as well as long-term development. In 2019, WFP served almost 100 million people and in 2020, it won the Nobel Peace Prize*. ("15 Largest Humanitarian Organizations (And What They Do)) Being a Nobel Peace Prize winner gives this organization enough experience and power to be a top decision maker for this intervention. Participants The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) > The FAO is a specialized agency of the United Nations leading international efforts to defeat hunger. FAO's goal is to achieve food and security for all and make sure that people have regular access to enough high-quality food and lead active, healthy lives*. Rise Against Hunger > Rise Against Hunger is an international hunger relief organization founded in 1998. ("Rise Against Hunger - Overview, News & Competitors - ZoomInfo") It is a non-profit organization that coordinates the packaging and distribution of food and other aid to people in developing nations*. With its history of packaging and distribution, this organization would be able to send off food and supplies to the countries the intervention takes place in in
