Stakes Malnutrition and obesity are disease states that affect Indonesians' daily. When an Indonesian or their Ioved one is malnourished things at stake could be their height due to stunted growth or even death. When someone is malnourished, they have a low intake of foods and most likely not healthy foods (Pee et al, 2021). With being diagnosed as malnourished, the patient does not have proper vitamins or minerals or lacking which can growth to be stunted. If malnourishment goes on too long, then this could lead to death. 3. Meaning of Illiness Lower to middle income Indonesians in rural areas have the burden of being underweight (Lowe et al,2021) Low to middle income Indonesians in urban areas have the burden of overweight/obese (Lowe et al, 2021) Malnourished is "disease of poverty" according to Indonesians (Hanandita & Tampubolon, 2015) Overweight/obese means you come from "affluence" according to Indonesians (Hanandita & Tampubolon, 2015) They believe being wealthier by increasing their income or education can help eliminate malnutrition 4. Social Stressors shhu Environmental stressor o Area of living such as rural/urban affects means you have a higher or lower risk of being malnourished Living area/town/city of country Professional stressor o Unable to properly do a job if sick due to malnourishment Financial stressor o Not able to provide quality foods in order to reduce the risk of malnutrition If sick, which means you cannot make money, which means you can not buy proper foods to not be malnourished 5. Impacts Some Indonesians do not see a proper medical facility depending on which island of they country they live on. Jakarta is the best medical care in the country. However, if you do not live on that island or close to that city, many Indonesians cannot seek care.
