2 My personal and professional development plan starts with the value system which will set it into motion. My value system is layered for balance consisting of the following Integrity, Gratitude and Family. Integrity goes a long way in personal and professional lifestyle providing moral principles to show you are honest/ethical person. It also allows me to be held to the highest accountability with responsibilities and able to lead my family to obtain great results in life. Gratitude helps to see the why's in life showing us that we can all do better by appreciating the small things in anything we do. Both in personal and professional can really impact a lot by extending a nice gesture or just reflect on how many things happen to us daily. This is not something we are born into its something we learn and teach to our families on how to practice gratitude. Family is who we are born into this world to but also who we allow to influence us as we are deciding to have them in our lives. When it comes to work, they are kind of like family because we spend a lot time there when outside of home and must adapt to co-exist in the environment of the workplace. Family at the house is who we strive for greatness for daily and even though we grind hard at work we daily ensure our families that we are here in everyway possible for them just how we are for work too. When it comes to my personal development, I've came a long way and progress each day to be 1% better than I was yesterday. Just this withing the last few years I have worked hard to become a Strategic Account Coordinator which allows me the opportunity to have the work life balance I've always dreamed to be there for my daughters while being able to also take care of home too. The company is family oriented and understands how important it is to have that work life balance to providing us employees with mentality they consider family first. It's so refreshing when you can mentally not stress about being a father and be apart of your children's life "not telling them ill make the next one or sorry I can't today because of work". 3 few years have taught me a lot because tomorrow is not promised during covid lost a lot of family you children to old people so if anything I've realize no amount of money is ever worth missing out on moments in your kids life because it could be the last time.
