Valerie Lopez Mary Sanders MGT 200 December 3, 2023 6-1 Implicit Bias Test For this project I was taking the gender, age, race, and religion tests and found my results to be a little more shocking than expected. Leaning towards more younger people than older surprised me because I usually get told I am an old soul, but I do see somewhat that I get along with people around my age. I do agree with my results by being neutral on all other topics. I will use my results to inform my management strategies by approaching each audience with perfect guidance versus trying to have everyone understand one way. Yes, we all learn differently but this will help our team be more successful. I believe having a weekly meeting allowing everyone to have their own say will help stop a negative impact on a team dynamics and collaboration on team. Being biased can be helpful but also hard if the person is not willing to listen to other people's opinions.
