Final Transcript Reguest Instructions
All seniors receive one FREE transcript.
Additional transcripts are $2.00 through June 1st -- After June 1st the class of 2018 are now ALUMNI, transcripts are $5.00 per transcript request. Additional transcripts must be requested using the transcript request form found in the school counseling office hallway.
Your college requires a final transcript of your grades to be sent after graduation. Seniors will request their final transcript by going to the "Colleges I'm applying to" section of their family connection page. You will scroll down to "College that I am attending" and add the college from your list, Then click Update. Your final transcript will be sent to this college. You must also update that you have been accepted to this college in your account in order for your transcript to be sent.
We must have your request by May 24, 2018. There is no fee collected for the ONE final transcript.
As of July 1,2018,you will no longer have access to your Naviance account and future transcript

For students who are not applying to college and would like their one free final transcript, may pick it up from Mrs. Cullum the week of July 2nd
