Alana Davis Southern New Hampshire University HCM 415 4-2 Short Paper Did you know that "Strategic alternatives are strategies that a business develops to set the direction, for which human and material resources will be applied, for a greater chance of achieving selected goals, and notes. Generally, a company develops strategic alternatives when it's struggling and seeking a new direction to increase profits, or even simply to save itself from dissolution or bankruptcy" (Teeboom,2019). Having strategies to obtain a goal for a company is highly important in a healthcare business, so the business can run smoothly and become successful. The strategies that a business develops helps them accomplish their goals as business. It's important in healthcare to have strategic alternatives to be able to achieve goals for the company and its patients they care for. Now that it is by their new leader, there is some changes, and the company is striving little by little with improvement. In the past workers were afraid to speak up and now that their new leader is in the picture, they are adjusting to speaking up for their own concerns for their company. Another recommendation for the company would be communication. As we all know communication is key to success and getting the job done. Everyone is on the same page, unfortunately that is not picture perfect everywhere we all
