How will understanding your learning style help you support your success inside and outside of the classroom? Understanding my learning style allows others to understand what type of learner I am. I prefer to use all avenues to completely understand a topic. I understand things better by listening, reading, writing, and reciting. Dealing with tactile activities, I need to observe and be instructed to do so on my own with supervision until I can achieve the task without supervision. These learning styles will assist me in my success journey because they are my means of building brain memory for academic and non-curricular activities. 3.) Identify a problem-solving technique or method you have used in a previous situation and explain how it worked for you. Identify how these methods might look different in diverse cultures or different fields of work. A problem-solving method I use is defining the problem by asking questions, gathering information, and identifying the root cause. Using this method in different fields of work would allow the company to run smoothly without confrontation and doubt. How do you plan to stay organized or prioritize your SNHU study time? I have a routine that I follow on the days I am off. By having a set time in the morning, I wake up and gather my materials for the assignments I plan to complete that day. I prioritize my time by not just working on one assignment for hours but having a set amount of time for one assignment and I also incorporate small breaks to not overwhelm myself. This allows me to touch the basis with each assignment I have due for the module. 5.) List the five habits of successful SNHU students. 1.) Strive to submit assignments on time. 2.) Log in early. 3.) 6.) Choose two of the five habits of successful SNHU students that you feel would be most helpful in prioritizing your study time while at SNHU and explain why. The two habits that would be most helpful in prioritizing my study time are logging in early and using my rubric. These will help me understand what is required of me to complete my assignments efficiently and on time. Logging in early is part of my morning routine to get a head start on my work for the week. I outline the requirements for the discussion board, assignment of the week, and resource notes. I follow the rubric to fully understand what needs to be incorporated into my assignments. Practicing these habits will play a big role in my journey to success.
