TEAM GOAL
Our team's goal is to coordinate with each other, participate in all classes, and equally
contribute to all the team assignments carried out. The team will also be enthusiastic to
learn and grow in the competitive atmosphere. We all aim to not only grow professionally
but also personally. The team also aims in building strong team values, coordination, skills.

Motivation plays a very important role in a team. Keeping all the members
motivated is a challenging task. Our team will keep up the motivation by rewarding a best team member for every week. Best team member will be determined by the
evaluation procedure held by the team.
TEAM NORMS
The team norms are to be always followed by all team members. This is a set of rules
that all team members are required to follow.
Brainstorming sessions Every member in a team must attend 1 brainstorming session which will be held on
very Sunday at 10 AM via zoom call.
Equal contribution
Every team member must contribute equally to all the group assignments. The
assignment will be broken into small parts and be given to each team member. The
work which is assigned must be completed without any excuses.
Submitting on time
All team members must make sure they finish all their assignments 24 hours before
the due date. This will help the team submit the assignments on time and avoid last
minute technical issues.
Active participation
Each member must actively participate in all brainstorming session by giving out
ideas, suggestions and communicating clearly. They must carry out the work given
by making sure it is completed on time.
Coordination
Each team member is accountable for the team's performance. All the tasks and
assignments must be done by all team members with coordination. Each member
must know what the whole team is aiming to accomplish.
