Reflective Learning Journal on General Trees

Learning Journal The Learning Journal is a tool for self-reflection on the learning process. In addition to completing directed tasks, you should use the Learning Journal to document your activities, record problems you may have encountered and to draft answers for Discussion Forums and Assignments. The Learning Journal should be updated regularly (on a weekly basis), as the learning journals will be assessed by your instructor as part of your Final Grade. Your learning journal entry must be a reflective statement that considers the following questions: . Describe what you did. This does not mean that you copy and paste from what you have posted or the assignments you have prepared. You need to describe what you did and how you did it. . Describe your reactions to what you did · Describe any feedback you received or any specific interactions you had. Discuss how they were helpful · Describe your feelings and attitudes · Describe what you learned Another set of questions to consider in your learning journal statement include: · What surprised me or caused me to wonder? · What happened that felt particularly challenging? Why was it challenging to me? · What skills and knowledge do I recognize that I am gaining? · What am I realizing about myself as a learner? . In what ways am I able to apply the ideas and concepts gained to my own experience? · Finally, describe one important thing that you are thinking about in relation to the activity You are required to write at least 500 words. Before I get into my weekly activities, I would like to mention that this week was much more important than previous weeks because of the graded quiz we had. This graded quiz is important as it comprises 20% of all the grades we can earn during the term. Therefore, this week, I spent most of my time reviewing the topics that we had studied so far and finally got a good result. Throughout my learning journey this week, I have engaged with various topics related to general trees. These topics include general tree definitions and terminology, general tree implementations, k-ary trees, and sequential trees. In this learning journal entry, I will reflect upon my experiences and provide insights into my learning process by addressing the provided questions. To explore general trees, I actively sought out learning assignments, textbook, and interactive tutorials. I invested time in understanding the definitions and terminology associated with general trees, including concepts such as parent, child, sibling, ancestor, and descendant nodes. I studied the different implementations of general trees, including linked representation, array representation, and pointer-based representations. Furthermore, I delved into k-ary trees and learned about their variations and applications as well I explored sequential trees and their use in representing ordered data structures. Engaging with general tree topics sparked a sense of curiosity and excitement within me. I was intrigued by the versatility and power of general trees in organizing and representing hierarchical data. However, I also
