Consider the consequences to the body (positive or negative) if these things are absent from the blood. Choose two of the items you listed and discuss what would happen if they were absent from the blood. Your discussion must be at least 250 words in length, detailing your thoughts and position using 2 references from the readings for support. In our body there are five things that transport our body to the body they include · nutrients · oxygen · hormones · carbon dioxide · immune cells There are various of consequences that can occur if any of the above things are absent. Within our body we have blood, and there are multiple purposes for why blood is important in our body. One of the main purposes of blood is transport, as it can imply both in and out of our body. As blood helps to bring blood oxygenated to all organs needed. Blood also helps to transport not only oxygen but also nutrients to the body and cells. Without any of the above things our body will not be able to function properly as our body and might end up dying. As each of the above things all have a purpose to keep our body healthy and it allows up to stay alive and live life. Oxygen plays a huge role in our body function as without any oxygen in our body even for a minute or two our body will shut down and we can go brain dead or can lead to hyper perfusion and hypovolemia.
